This was more than just a maternity session for me. Kelsey is my niece. My daughter and her are exactly 18 days apart. So yeah, she’s my second daughter and she lived with me for 3 years. Getting pregnant did not come easy for Kelsey. She lost 2 babies and almost died from a tubal pregnancy…invetro fertilization was their last shot. We all prayed SO hard for this precious baby! And when we got the word that it was official and we could announce, I’m pretty sure everyone praised Jesus and shed a few tears! So I absolutely said yes to taking these amazing memories and when we set the date, I made a mad dash to Texas! The location was at our family property where my daddy grew up. He walked us all over the 20 acres to insure we got the perfect shots lol!! Our beautiful rainbow baby has been named after two amazing women…her great grandmothers.
